Key Accountabilities
* Lead a big team. Bring inspiration & energy everyday. Help team to focus.
* Define, shape and manage multi season Merchandise Financial Plan for all Marketplace Units.
* Define, shape and manage consumer demand, receipt and inventory plans for all Marketplace Units.
* Set and Manage E2E Inventory Plan within and across all Marketplace Units.
* Reconcile Assortment Plan with Merchandise Financial Plan and Align to Consumer Architecture
* Lead marketplace trade and drive timely decisions to optimize sales, inventory & margin.
* Mobilize inventory across Marketplace Units.
* Develop demand sensing capability in partnership with Product Management, Analytics, Tech team.
