WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role, you will:
* Lead with a consumer centric, data informed approach to know our consumers & their preferences and extend the Converse brand reach through strategic partnerships
* Set and lead the commercial vision, strategy, and responsible for the execution of the strategy and offense through effective cross functional collaboration and partner management to achieve elevated and connected marketplace growth strategy and financial goals
* Drive the evolution of partner relationship & business models for future and co-create the future by transforming the omni enabled consumer journey with our partners
* Build, lead, coach & empower a diverse, capable & high performing team include direct and indirect functional teams
* Partner with Direct Marketplace leader to drive towards a single integrated marketplace organization
* Provide leadership, inspiration and mentoring and contribute to the broader organizational commitments and culture

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You’ll report directly to the GM/VP Converse Asia and would be part of the Asia Leadership Team. You will directly manage a diverse, large team. You’ll collaborate with like-minded professionals spanning Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance etc. teams. You’ll work with stakeholders across Asia markets and Converse global organization.
