About the job

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure member experiences landing at own digital platforms to meet both consumer and business needs, and season business and key campaigns are smoothly and efficiently aligned & executed among platforms and x-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

* Build member experiences on own digital platforms with inputs from Membership Program and Membership Science, to ensure Platform business requirements are properly integrated and prioritized.
* Align with Membership Program, Membership Science, Membership Marketing teams for efficient way of working for member experiences landing on own digital platforms.
* Manage Own Digital platforms key working timeline, support seasonal planning & hindsight, and ensure smooth CODE execution in line with overall NDDC teams.
* Lead key cross platform campaign planning from mechanism alignment, cross team briefing, status tracking and hindsight, to ensure trackable, transparent, and actionable communication among platforms and functional teams to maximize business opportunities.
* Manage Own Digital platform OPEX budget planning and tracking, ensure budgets are properly planned and used, and internal financial processes done on time.
* Optimize business processes with by aligning with internal and other NDDC teams. Before standard processes built, ensure all workstream are fully aligned cross own digital platforms and functional teams.
