About the job
Job Responsibility:
• NSO Operation (70%)
o Support allocation/planning, seasonal load-in, monthly transfer/RTW execution & tracking
o Bridge logistics planning and execution, by monitoring daily order & delivery status (DC outbound & CSC replenishment), facilitate to support urgent cases when same day capacity exceeds limit or deliveries at CSC needs to be prioritized
o Elevate CSC service, review shipping/inventory status, operation service, download training and escalate pending issues; Plan and drive E2E alignment and execution for key consumer moments; from request collection, service alignment, capacity planning & tracking; Leverage CSC network expansion to elevate store service level uplifts, like multiple-delivery & mobile BOH support; (GZ Rise & ECMall, W/H transportation separate vendor)
o O2O operation and operational capabilities development
o SIM Integration plan and deployment
• NSP X-account Integrated Operation (30%)
o Align NSP operational focuses and initiatives across accounts
o Orchestrate strategic capabilities deployment across inline stores
o Facilitate x-account conversations with logistics and DSM partners
