Job Responsibility:
• Pre-season
-Build strategic framework of seasonal product investment plan; Set up OTB plan by gender
-Drive concept Hindsight, summarize highlights and learnings, define risks and opportunities.
-Lead the offense of launch product and NBA buy plan
-Align plan with input and collaboration from key stakeholders including Merchandising and Business Team
-Deliver consumer right assortment plan
• In-season
-Weekly analyze and recap marketplace performance
-Recommend key actions to cross function partners to optimize business
• Post-season
-Analyze seasonal topline financials and product performance including sell-through, color performance, and SKU productivity
-Provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for future season planning
-Recap performance of key retail moments to provide insights for future planning
