About the job
Job Responsibility:
• Leverage SAP S4 aATP (ATP/re-ATP/Supply Assignment/Release Check/ITA, etc.) functionalities to make decisions of better positioning inventory in the marketplace.
• Initiate projects building consumer centric marketplace insights into decision making process with better/best practices.
• Initiate and work with Global MPO on DMA project (Dynamic Marketplace Allocation) to increase velocities and flexibilities of inventory allocation in the marketplace.
• Align and communicate with cross functional teams on processes and execution results. Work collaboratively across teams to help improve the management of aATP (demand and inventory prioritization and reallocation) process focusing on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.
• Align with Global MPO/Global SEC and NA on future S4 releases/practices, drive change by cascading messages and raising awareness and understanding of the programs/supply chain projects.
• Actively manage regular aATP to scale up optimization across marketplace (re-ATP/Supply Assignment/Release Check, etc.)
• Create and execute ad-hoc BOP variants and segments
• Configure BOP variants and segments (monthly/quarterly)
• Maintain monthly rolling allocation windows
