About the job
Overview of the Job:
As part of the social platforms and marketing team (social team) in consumer direct marketing function (CDM), your overall role and responsibility is to support your team to drive and execute Nike GC social media marketing strategy and operation across GC Nike marketing organization.
Particularly in this position, you are co-owning the social platform & content strategy with your function leader, working closely with key CDM function counterparts such as CDM digital, CDM store to build a holistic online to offline consumer journey and content plan across key consumer touch points to achieve both brand and business success.
Job Responsibility:
· Participate in seasonal marketing planning and process. Work with team on providing function inputs & developing function for the season he/she is in charge of
· Partner with CDM digital (such as 365 product marketing, Nike App), CDM store and Integrated Media team to orchestrate end-to-end consumer journey by owning the social consumer touch points from strategy to execution
· Support your team to constantly maintain, refresh, preach our social platform playbooks to our working partners
· Lead the function pitch back from planning to execution - including platform consumer insight/strategy, concrete ideation & tactics, budget planning and management
Key Working Partners:
· Consumer Direct Marketing functions (CDM Digital, CDM Stores, Member marketing & 365 experience)
· Key marketing functions (One Creative, Integrated Media, etc.)
· Nike Direct One Marketplace (Online & Offline)
· Respective agency teams
