Overview of the Job:
Due to SNKRS+NBHD product line specification, the role is the key player to ensure future-season plan and in-season execution solid land through data / system / process / business report excellence under varied situation, also this role is one of the key puzzles to explore the sneaker / street/ youth culture. The role has multiple identities, a combination of "process goalkeeper" "Information midfielder and banker" "Striker", closely work with NDDC merch, co-work with related merch, NBHD, platform and planning teams.
Job Responsibility:
* SYSTEM: (Ensure info accuracy and timely update)
* Co-work with related merch to ensure in-season/ future-season NRG skus info (OMD change / Program shift) flow in MMX+MPM by gate .
* Facilitate on NRG buy info maintenance & NBHD buy process
* REPORT& INFORMATION: (Ensure info accuracy and consistency , keep Leveraging and optimizing existing tools and files for multiple purposes), and achieve efficient maintenance, easy access and read for broader team)
* ST% report - weekly
* In season Launch calendar tool (ETA/INVENTORY/ETA)- weekly
* New season kick-off assortment/ sku info tracking and updates, launch calendar maintenance- Seasonal
* SNKRS assortment- Seasonal
* PROCESS: (Be the window to pull NRG/ in-line process together, keep process and smoothly and deliver efficiently)
* TASKS
* In-season trade owner
* In-season SNKRS launch readiness - co -work with SNKRS ops
* Consumer and marketplace vibes and insights banker
Key Partnership:
* GC NDDC & Store & Merchandising
* GC NBHD teams
* GC Platform ops and Site Merchants
* GC Demand Planning & Allocation teams
