Nike is looking for the next generation of data-obsessed, member-centric marketers, who will drive the evolution of loyalty marketing at Nike. You should have a background in or a deep understanding of service and experience-based loyalty marketing across channels both digital and physical.
It will require someone that is a great teammate, a go-getter, curious and eager to innovate, and able to be a problem-solver when faced with ambiguity.

What You Will Work On:
You will sit in the Member Marketing Team. You will support to set the vision and strategy, to managing the creative development, focusing on program execution, reporting, and testing & optimization plans. You will partner with Membership Team, Platform Team & cross functional marketing teams to create member centric engagement, personalized member experience and the best multi-channel journeys to enhance member sense of belonging and achieve business target of member retention & demand conversion. Co-work with insight team to develop learning agenda and post campaign analytics to further improve marketing comms/mechanism design/user journey. Both art and science, this role requires someone proficient in translating data insights into creative briefs.
Success will be measured by your ability to achieve multi-business goal, both promote NIKE Member Program, driving retention and lifetime value among existing member and convert member demand.
