Job Accountabilities:
· Manage key Nike stores from store operation improvement to deliver business result.
-Elevate the retail operation from working different parties to drive retail excellence.
-Ensure maintenance of store operational standard on key doors.
- Lead retail KPIs target setting and drive the result at store level.
- Deliver the premium consumer experience along with Nike membership from operation management and OMO approach at store level.
· Establish the benchmark of retail operation for key doors from the partnership with wholesale partners and internal teams.
· Lead and build retail operation talent pool for key doors and wholesale partners.
- Coach store management team from daily operation.
- Support store talent cultivation from the training programs.
· Enhance retail social media from both quantitative and qualitative measures.
· Refine the process and take initiatives from strategy through cross functional collaboration and influence.
· Collect marketplace intelligence information and consumer insights / feedbacks.
