WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a seasoned professional who has experience in implementing enterprise level infrastructure and software related platforms and technologies as well as local solutions to meet specific business needs for our NIKE Store Partners (NSP).
This professional will work in close partnership with other Technology functions in the delivery of new or enhanced systems and services to Nike Members, Customers and Athletes.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON
In this role you will be asked to lead on comprehensive tasks associated with bringing our NSP stores to live.
The tasks will include business engagement with various related functions, procurement of required hardware and services, performing basic infrastructure hardware configurations (Network, SDWAN), onsite store activation tasks (staging of required hardware), vendor management, and status reporting.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
You will partner with peers as well as management level internal partners to cultivate collaboration, alignment and integrated planning and execution across all functions. You will have close partnership with the NSP program teams both inside and outside of Technology organization.
You will also work closely with Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Geo TechOps team for alignment on system architecture and services.
This position will report to the Director, Japan Tech Ops with responsibility for Retail Support across the territory.
