Job Description:
Overall:
* To constantly help the partners to build up retail capability, and able to influence both the partners and account sales to improve the retail operation excellence.
* Continue to deliver innovative retail idea and define customized service to retailers.
Retail Planning:
* Lead the team to setting the retail KPI target, recommend the HC and schedule for key doors with account sales and partners.
* Set up retail management meeting with partners and account sales for business review to help store improve performance.
* Arrange regular store visit with related departments and identify opportunities to help store.
Retail Operation Excellence:
* Work with account sales and partners for staffing plan which based on traffics and real situation can optimize business and in efficiency. Through assess the capability of store team to give training and practice plan to help they enhance capability.
* Enable the store management team for good operation capability. And keep the playbook of store operation always applicable.
* Drive MSP/OPR results and identify opportunity. Lead the action plan setting with account sales and partners to ensure compliance of consumer service requirement.
* Create retail tools and keep retail innovation to help store team to meet market development needs.
* In-site support to assess store issues through talent/product/environment to identify business opportunities.
* Communication with and coordinate cross function to help store improve execution or get support to improve store performance.
