* Our ideal candidate is well-versed and comfortable in technology and non-technical environments to facilitate cross-functional stakeholder engagement and ensure technology portfolio work correlates directly with business value.
* As our senior portfolio manager is a strategic player, excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills are required; you will use these to create and deliver recurring submissions, reporting and presentations that are easily understood and meaningful for our stakeholders and top executives.
* You work well with a variety of stakeholders, from engineers to product managers to finance managers and are comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
* We need a teammate with a strong bias toward action and experience managing a portfolio for global teams, leading transformation, creating clarity to ensure delivery, and moving quickly to deliver value.
* You have experience assessing portfolio health and implementing risk mitigation plans to reduce negative impacts to business initiative delivery.
* Our ideal candidate will have experience participating in strategic planning, annual operational planning, demand management and capacity management within technology teams or organizations, including intake processes and ongoing reporting.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
NIKE Global Technology is evolving our strategic portfolio management function to drive even greater results for our business and athletes*. As our Senior Portfolio Manager, you will provide stewardship of NIKE technology investments by facilitating prioritization of programs, products, capacity and funding and monitoring attainment of committed value-based outcomes. The Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for all aspects of portfolio planning, execution and reporting for your domain’s portfolio.
You will ensure committed value is realized for the technology portfolio by proactively assessing portfolio health, creating and maintaining the portfolio roadmap, continuously monitoring capacity, risks and dependencies and driving course corrections when needed. As a key part of the Global Technology team, you will partner cross-functionally and collaborate with other leaders to ensure we achieve our overall Global Technology portfolio outcomes.
You will ensure we are delivering value by gathering data and reporting the health of the portfolio based on outcomes delivered and objectives achieved. Other key inputs to the portfolio’s health will be the inclusion and status of project management metrics related to scope, schedule, and budget in our agile, global landscape. Leveraging a variety of applications including PPM tools and Microsoft Office, you will run and participate in governance processes and ceremonies to capture status and create meaningful, easily consumable dashboards and provide portfolio reporting for various stakeholders. This includes participating in technology’s end-to-end strategic planning processes to prioritize and resource work and ensure your domain will achieve committed outcomes using OKRs and other key metrics.

Reporting directly to Director - Program & Portfolio Management at ITC, you will partner closely with senior leaders to drive strategic alignment, cross functional collaboration, and integrated planning. You will work closely with Portfolio, Program, Product Management, and Business Operations across business and technology to implement and execute against integrated plans. You will also work alongside an active community of portfolio management peers, collaborating on direction, strategy, planning, prioritization, and ongoing management of our technology portfolio.
