WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are hiring Seoul Retail District Director (RDD) for Nike Stores Owned (NSO) to Lead, Coach, Drive and Inspire our firstline athletes, provide valuable insights to cross functional teams and drive our business growth and services to consumer to unlock the full potential of NSO.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As the RDD for NSO you will:
• Manage a portfolio of inline and company stores and oversee the development of a group of store managers (Head Coaches) and store talent.
• Create, translate, and execute corporate strategies & plans to achieve sales, operations, and organizational goals of customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.
• Create, test, execute and cascade top class in store services and consumer experiences that are pioneering, seamlessly connected, and influence MWD (Must Win Door)’s in Seoul area to adopt and learn.
• Maintain records and measures of store and district sales performance; identifies opportunities to leverage resources and maximize results.
• Provide accurate information on district and store activities to region.
• Develop business strategy for district.
• Review store issues to assist with resolution.

You’ll be the point person for NSO. On a daily basis, you will work closely with your district stores as well as a large, diverse team of Nike cross-functional partners. People appreciate your ability to be resourceful in the face of ambiguity and to find solutions on your own.
