WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an Integrated Fulfillment Planning (IFP) Manager to lead multi-node (multiple distribution centers) fulfillment operations and communication. Brushing up the multi-node fulfillment operation is indispensable to support the fast business growth of all sales channels. IFP Manager will achieve to maximize the fulfillment capacity, enhance the service level and optimize the logistics cost, making the decision based on data analysis.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will lead the IFP team to create the long-term capacity plan for shipping and storage (rolling 24month) on a monthly basis through analysis of inputs provided by the business team (Demand Supply Management team [DSM] & Finance) . Alignment with cross-functional team will be driven by you. If you figure out any risks and opportunities for capacity, action plans to mitigate the risks and balance the demand across the three Distribution Center (DC)s are created by your team. IFP team will share the latest demand vs capacity situation in a timely manner with the business team to make the proper decision. If there are new requirements including local and global projects and issues to be solved across all the DCs, you deliver the solution and solve those by working with cross-functional team.
Regarding logistics performance management, you lead gathering the performance data from each DC and reporting to the Logistics team.

You will have a direct report to Logistics Director. You will work closely with the Inventory operation team, Marketplace operation (MPO) team, DSM (Demand & Supply), Finance team and DC (distribution center) team. This role will be based at Nike's Japan HQ (Tokyo Midtown Tower, Roppongi). According to the situation, you will work at 3 Distribution Centers in Tomisato, Ichikawa, and Funabashi (Chiba).
