Job Responsibility:
In-season execution management for GC
• Lead team work with cross team to make NDS load-in/fill-in orders execution, achieve NDS team’s KPI and business goals.
• Tracking the future booking coverage and call out the risk to Biz. Team and take follow up action to shrink the risk
• Tracking the end to end seasonal booking inventory, have the seasonal inventory full picture which include booking, shipping, cancel and remain to ship deep dive
• Handle the holiday’s shipping schedule
• Digital data foundation build-up. Monthly Digital Recap, make sure team has a full picture of NDS shipment and inventory condition
• NDS special process build up and execution
• Be positive, mutual respect and fearless challenge to grow with team member together
