GOAL-DC Manager Job in Shanghai, Shanghai, China Mainland, VT

Job Responsibility:

1. DC Operation Management (40%)
o Be responsible for managing B2B Return Operations across all channels (NSP, NSO, Digital hubs), lead 3PL to execute operation with optimized process and high performance upon business target;
o Oversee DC capacity, volume plan, operation pattern, exceptions and ad-hoc tasks, download business plan to external partners;
o Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders (Logistics/MPO/Finance etc.) to make sure smooth operation;
o Analyze operation data and figure out the business trends, potential opportunity to operation, support decision making; regularly analyze operation performance and lead the improvement action plan;
2. Vendor Performance Management (30%)
o Ensure 3PL partners is managing their Daily Operations in alignment with NIKE’s priorities and needs;
o Drive KPI review with 3PL partners, identify and address problems and opportunities, ensure they have appropriate action plans;
o Leverage management/negotiation skill to motivate 3PL partners and perform at their best, achieve business goals together;
o Keep up to date with knowledge of industry standards.
3. Operation Solution Development (30%):
o Lead continuous improvement, achieve consistently excellent deliverables, identify and recommend improvements in processes, procedures, and system;
o Drive operation solution development focused on making the operation more productive, flexible and efficiency;
o Coordinate internal resources and 3PL partners/vendors for the flawless execution of operation excellence projects;
o Be innovative and creative thinking to develop outside the box solutions.
