KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
YOU WILL SPEND 70% OF TIME ON :
* - Define store livestream strategy and set up measurements for converse Tmall & JD flagship to serve the best interests of Converse brand and drive commercial pay-off
* - Oversee daily livestream operations from program planning, mechanisms design, script, hosts, studio design, site management ,etc closely partner with livestreaming agency and Converse internal teams
* - Manage livestreaming agency ensure their performance reaches Converse standard
* - Accountable for livestream resource negotiation with platform and access business opportunities through new initiatives and new trails working with TMALL & JD
* - Collaborate with content team, lead livestream clip short video production in accordance with the overall content planning for Tmall & JD.com
* - Provide regular performance recap and share insight to drive quick read and react
THE REST OF TIME YOU WILL ASSIST:
* - Assist on specific program resource management and operation ( TBK ,逛逛 ,88VIP , JD plus , etc )
* - Close monitoring platform and industry trend, observe and locate new programs or opportunities
