Job Description:
Overall:
* Implement the brand’s program well executed by partners.
* Focus on Key stores and to improve the retail KPI (CR/UPT/ATV etc.), improve sales force effectiveness and always eager for retail innovation.
* Ability to lead and inspire store teams through difficult, emotional, and stressful business.
Retail Operation Excellence:
* Work with account sales and partners for staffing plan which based on traffics and real situation can optimize business and in efficiency. Through assess the capability of store team to give training and practice plan to help they enhance capability.
* Enable the store management team for good operation capability.
- Working Schedule: efficiency working hour to drive sales productivity and provide good service.
- Target setting: Break down the daily sales and KPI target to each staff and tracking the performance by week.
- Product management: Monitor and analyze the stock structure, ISR% and ST% to give feedback to account for the replenishment.
- Others like BOH management.
In-site support to assess store issues to help store to solve the problems.
