Being a part of the Digital Business team is more than just selling products online. It is about creating the most compelling consumer journey, focusing on removing friction and creating distinction for our Nike.com Members.
As an NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) Merchandiser, you will bring to life women’s product assortment, delivering a digital shopping experience in a way that puts the consumer at the center while driving revenue and profitability.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will be responsible for helping to define and drive Women’s business by obsessing consumer journeys and digital product evolution across our entire go-to-market process, reading and reacting to market opportunities, and elevating the voice of the member in our decision-making process. In addition, you will manage the platform growth model through targeted member acquisition and innovative retention that span different segments of our member base.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
The key to success will be partnering with wide variety of functional teams, such as Merchandizing, Marketing, Consumer Service, Operations/Experience team, Analytics to deliver a premium online experience to our consumers. In addition to that, you will communicating closely with global/geo counterparts for further growth.
