The MFP is critical to ensuring we lead with consumer demand by maintaining a healthy pull market and operating a clearance framework to ensure profitable growth and healthy inventory levels are achieved. We are looking for someone who can convert strategy into action, drive innovation and able to work in a faced paced environment underpinned by a world class team. You are a keen problem solver and thrive on using data driven insights to impact the trade.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will develop Open to Buy frameworks by Division and Gender and you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and clean marketplace and balancing this with driving sustainable sales and margin growth.
Your priorities will include:
• Pre-season planning; including building OTB frameworks, membership and promotion planning, new store investments,
• In-season trade; including tactical promotions, receipt plans and margin planning, and
• Post-season review to inform future plans.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Director of NVS/NCS Planning, you will team up with numerous cross functional partners to promote the growth of the NVS business in Australia and New Zealand. You will work closely with your direct team on seasonal and weekly priorities. Your partnership with the Regional District Manager will be critical to success and you will socialize the plans with Finance, Head Office teams based in Portland USA and senior leadership. Understanding supply chain impacts on the plans by working with Marketplace Operations and partnering with Inventory Management and Finance to drive healthy and profitable growth.
