WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Manager SEA&I - India Lead representing the Key accounts and General Partners portfolio in India who will serve as the face of the brand to the partner and be a key stakeholder between the partner and the internal cross functional teams.

In this role, you will optimize operational performance and drive sales growth in line with the brand’s strategy. This will involve leading conversations around assortment, inventory, sales KPIs to ensure that the brand is set up for success in the business eco-system. You will also collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams to drive market positioning and elevate the brand experience for the consumer. In addition to the lead role for KAGP in India, you will also be tasked to take charge with the overall Distribution Strategy for SEA&I. This requires you to be familiar with the distribution network within the territory and drives the future of distribution for the brand.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role, you are accountable for End-to-end account management for a portfolio of KAGP in India and Distributors for SEA&I. You will Lead & develop strategic plans with the account with close collaboration to achieve growth targets. You will lead and manage the buys for the partners, starting with the sell-in and concluding with the deep dive of buys along with the planning team. You will manage communications between Nike and the partner in operations, finance, planning and merchandising and marketing. This role will lead strategic planning, positioning & set up of the portfolio - Including maintenance of a portfolio playbook with key information, managing, and running various key sessions such as team to teams with all levels of internal/external stakeholders. You will lead seasonal meetings such as business reviews, collaborating with various team members internally and externally and drive consistent communication with key stakeholders in Finance and operations to ensure operational standards are achieved (inventory/warehouse health). You will keep pace with retail trends in SEAI and worldwide and keep the wider team updated with potential business risks and opportunities. Review seasonal hits and misses from partner and Nike point of view (product, marketing, operations) and provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders for purposes of future planning
