WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for SNKRS (Sneakers) Marketing Manager, an expert in Digital Marketing, with a deep understanding of the fashion, consumers, their lifestyle, and how they shop online. This role will deliver Business objectives, connecting our members with the innovation, experiences and stories that enable Nike to be positioned as an industry leading sports lifestyle and sneaker brand.
The candidate will value the importance of data and consumer insights and appreciate the creative process with understanding of marketing technology, online to offline and direct-to-consumer channels.
As a digital evangelist and a consumer advocate, the candidate will bring best-in-class brand and commerce experiences to life for the consumer, delivering member and commerce growth across Nike owned channels.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will serve as an integral member of the Consumer Direct Digital Marketing team to lead and implement an accelerated digital offense to establish SNKRS App/Web as the pinnacle destination for Nike manias and sneaker community, inspiring trend-setters to join Nike every day.
You will also act as subject matter expert of owned platforms, providing deep knowledge of the digital capabilities to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer brand experience and drive member engagement and retention.
You will be responsible for planning and executing centralized, seasonal & 365 engagement plans and marketing campaigns featuring priority product and brand stories to meet brand and business objectives.
While generating maximum organic traffic through innovative marketing plans and analytic insights, you are also expected to collaborate with SNKRS Business, Neighborhood and Store Marketing teams to co-develop O2O (Offline to Online) marketing plans to enable connected journeys across the ecosystem.
You will be in charge of applying analytics to improve the way we communicate and connecting with our consumers, promoting a test-and-learn, iterative marketing culture.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

In this role, you will sit in the Consumer Direct Marketing team, reporting to the Consumer Direct Digital Marketing Director. You will work with agency partners for planning and publishing needs and collaborate with the multiple teams to review metrics and insights. You will also partner with SNKRS Business, Neighborhood, Store Marketing, Analytics, Media and Brand/Creative teams to orchestrate end-to-end consumer journeys by owning the owned channels from strategy to execution to achieve both brand and business success.
