Our best Talent Acquisition Specialist are the primary point of contact for talent and they possess strong communication, attention to detail and organization skills to plan and drive the hiring process. They are passionate about connecting with retail talent and recruitment.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
On any given day you will execute the talent attraction strategy for Japan Nike Retail Store Employee. Attract top talent to Nike, manage the candidate experience to ensure seamless and efficient process. Best of all, you’ll have the opportunity to connect and engage with your community and store leaders, building relationships as you work to create a sustainable pipeline of store talent.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
As the Nike Retail Store Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Tokyo, Japan. In close partnership with Store Managers, you will infuse a culture of belonging, becoming the point of contact to start a career journey with Nike. In addition, you'll be the subject matter expert on our hiring processes and tools and will manage requisition, posting, and candidate tracking processes as well as participation on projects for continual improvement.
