Overview of the Job:

GC Express Lane delivers meaningful newness at Speed to the GC Consumer through Product Updates. This role is responsible to set Apparel express lane strategy, and lead the end to end creation of these products - from brief through production. The Apparel Director leads the team of Product Managers and Product Developers - and works in close partnership with GC Express Lane Design and Footwear teams.

Direct report to GM GC Express Lane and lead team of Product Managers and Apparel Developers

Job Responsibility:
* Work with global to understand product strategies and influence how GEL integrates into the plan
* Serve as bridge between Merchandising and Design to ensure GEL delivers GC Consumer-right products
* Responsible for delivering against KPIs
* Partner with Operations Lead to ensure seasonal calendar and workflow is optimal for Apparel
* Set direction on Product and Development team workload capacity
* Manage and develop talent
