WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for NDIS allocation analyst who can lead in season shipment planning, replenishing product for stores, and in season Read & Act execution with x-functional team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Strong experience and delivering results within the footwear and apparel retail industry, planning, supply and inventory management, or merchandising. People and performance oriented while demonstrating agility in an ambiguous, forward-thinking environment. Ability to collaborate, influence and align cross functional partners. Cultivate an end-to-end process improvement mindset to optimize ways of working to drive clear, thoughtful, fact-based decisions and executions.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
This position will play a critical role in our NDIS strategies to serve consumer demand at stores. You will be work on:
Regular shipping plan and execution by using tools (Just Enough) from DC (Distribution Center) to store for your segment of business. Learn Allocation fundamentals. Partner with Assortment planner and Merchandise Financial Planner to meet store level financial goal by managing the right level of inventory at store. Analyze various report for monitoring NDIS inventory and plan/take action to meet demand/supply balance. Monitor store inventory and manage shipment to stores through "Just Enough" system. Partner with store’s representative to identify gaps and opportunities. Work with APLA (Asia Pacific & Latin America) counterpart for allocation capability and/or process. Participate related meetings to review business result and prepare action plan for following weeks.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will be part of the Nike Japan NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) /NSO (Nike Store Owned) Women’s DSM (Demand and Supply Management) team. You will collaborate closely with your MPU (Market Place Unit) including NDIS stores, Operations, and Brand teams to drive the assortment and business strategy for your segment of the business. From a functional lens you will work closely together regularly collaborate with assortment planner for in-season management and build assortment/ liquidation strategy together. Also, you will regularly connect with Merchandise Financial Planner for business target/ progress.
