We are looking for an experienced Performance Media Manager - App Acquisition and Growth who is excited about co-creating a premier member acquisition program, testing new platforms and tactics, in order to drive qualified members into the Nike App.
As the Performance Media Manager - App Acquisition and Growth, you will have the unique opportunity to work on the 'launch' of the Nike App. This role will be responsible for Nike App launch media strategy, developing and executing ongoing app acquisition and re-engagement campaigns, and the day-to-day management of a multimillion-dollar acquisition program, achieving target critical metrics for the brand and business.
In this role, thought leadership, collaboration, and clear communications are key. The ideal candidate is curious. They are analytical but can appreciate the art and role of elevated creative. They should also be eager to innovate, measure, test, sometimes fail, learn, and evolve to shape the strategy and planning for app campaigns across all paid media channels.
What Will You Work On?
If this is you, you’ll be establishing relationships with cross-functional teams, media partners, and agencies to proactively develop new and best-in-class approaches to acquire new members and drive demand growth of the Nike App.
This will include driving successful launch of Nike app focused on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Member Registrations, Installs. You will also plan, budget, and execute ongoing member acquisition and app demand growth campaign journeys, and audience strategies to deliver highly targeted, premium, relevant content to that audience.
This will include diving deep into the weekly performance to understand trends and identify successes and opportunities and delivering weekly performance reports for key partners.
You will execute and optimize media plans maximize acquisition of high-value app installs & new member registrations while managing and maintaining media agency relationship and create close partnerships with local publisher/platform representatives (ie. Meta, Kakao, Naver, Google).
Who Will You Work With?
You will report into the Korea - Integrated Media Director and partner closely with Performance Media and Brand Media managers, Creative, Asia Pacific Latin America (APLA) Geography HQ, Korea Nike Direct Digital Commerce and Analytics teams, as well as other cross functional marketing partners (ie. Ad Tech, Marketing Sciences, Legal, etc.) for implementation of necessary Marketing and Advertising technology and the most impactful 365 app marketing campaigns. You will also partner with the Creative team to brief acquisition asset requests in along with industry and channel-right best practices.
