This role partners with the TM/L&D lead in geography regarding overarching strategy, transition management, and operations work. It champions the critical portfolio of L&D work in the team. Brings the learn-on-the-go culture and provides personalized learning at scale to our employees
Job Description:
* Partners with Geo TM/ L&D lead to create geography/business learning strategies and locally relevant assortments to support business strategies.
* Drives awareness and engagement of Nike’s enterprise upskilling program.
* Enhances awareness and optimizes the user experience of Nike’s internal online learning platform and mobile learning.
* Creates scalable and sustainable learning delivery models to enable the delivery of premium learning experiences.
* Rollout critical projects in Geo, e.g., Learning Programs, and learning culture events.
* Builds strong and trust-based relationships within HR, the business and with other stakeholders and effectively navigates the Nike matrix.
* Provides the voice of the geography/employees into the learning design teams for pipeline strategies & curriculum.
* Creates and executes project plans and deliverables to deliver learning programs efficiently and effectively.
