WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for DTC (Direct to Consumer) digital buying manager who is responsible for setting consumer-centric buying strategy in Converse DTC Digital, executing buy plans, and driving end-to-end result to ensure a healthy marketplace. The ideal candidate will have thorough retail knowledge and be passionate about serving consumers with the right product and depth. This role needs a strong background in merchandising also retail buying and an understanding of Converse products and consumers.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If this is you, you’ll be working with Korea Merch team, Korea Planning team, GC (Greater China) digital buying team, Global digital merchandising team.
You’ll set DTC digital buying strategy with data analysis and customer insights including Footwear, Apparel, Accessories to drive the future. You’ll plan and execute adoption and depth for all carryover, pure seasonal, incubate products with forecasting skills and acumen. You’ll drive end-to-end result by reading and reacting to business on a weekly basis, translate insights into actions, to deliver target of revenue/ST/inventory level. You’ll provide product and consumer insights to merch to influence line-plans.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the Converse Korea DTC Director. This role works closely with KR Merchandising, Retail planning, KR Biz Planning and collaboratively with GC Digital Buying Team, Global Digital Merchandising team.
