WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Digital Planning Manager at Marketplace Planning Team in Converse Korea who leads not only DTC (Direct to Consumer) business planning but also IMP (Integrated Marketplace) capacity analysis for sustainable growth.
As Digital Planning Manager, you are going to establish one planning process thru GTM (Go to Market) process for topline Gross Demand, Traffic, CR (Conversion Rate), ADPT (Average Dollar Per Transaction) on each digital direct platform (Brand.com / Musinsa). This role will be responsible for target setting per the above KPI level on monthly basis, establish framework to track actual status of the above KPI, call out risk & propose action plan based on the above KPI.
To make DTC business planning even rich & balanced with IMP level as one marketplace planning team, you are going to actively engage not only DTC capacity analysis but also IMP capacity analysis as planning manager, IMP inventory healthiness for sustainable growth with inventory scenario planning, and consolidate, review & communicate forecast thru not only GTM gate but also daily, weekly basis sales trends tracking, fueled by enhancement of sales KPI reports tools like Google Analytics / POS / BI / Tableau & etc.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will actively work with KR DTC team to validate topline Gross Demand feasibility engaging weekly KR DTC team’s business meeting. And, you will also closely work with FINANCE team to complete CSR (Corporate Strategic Review), AOP (Annual Operation Planning), BUDGET etc. Based on consolidated forecast & KPI analysis, you are going to align & communicate with AP (Asia Pacific) not only thru out Key GTM gates(Assortment Finalization/Sell In Meeting/Key Account Planning Meeting) target setting per required detail level but also weekly / daily sales trends update. Not only leading DTC forecast, but you will actively engage to consolidate & analysis IMP marketplace capacity with your manager, including proper IMP KPI analysis & inventory allocation with Ops. team, empowered by Google Analytics / POS / BI / Tableau sales reports tool.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You’ll be working at Converse Korea office and report to the KR Marketplace planning team manager. With 1 more colleague in our team, You will harmonize with your teammate to make it a productive result. Also, you will actively communicate with the AP (Asia Pacific) MP (Marketplace Planning) team to which the KR MP team belongs. Key partners you will work with include: KR DTC / Wholesale team, Finance team, Ops team, AP counter parts & IT agency.
