WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for Distribution Center (Customer Service Center) Operations Associate who performs daily operations to reach excellence in running DC (CSC) Operations, deliver ordered goods within the agreed time and in the agreed quality to the lowest possible DC operation costs.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
If this is you, you will be accountable for high performing daily operations, an efficient distribution network connected to service fulfilment in the market(B2B/B2C) as well as the quality under the scope of Service Fulfilment in the market.
Our Distribution Center (Customer Service Center) Operations Associate will work on short-, mid-term and long-term development of existing service partners in close collaboration with the Planning team & the Strategic Sourcing function and ensuring short and mid-term capacities and resources in the DC operation function to provide seamless shopping experience with great quality for customer.
Also, you will be accountable for the agreed cost development of the Fulfilment function based on contribution to the establishment of the cost goal on the market and for securing efficiency and for implementing improvements in the total operations. You will contribute with both knowledge and resources to optimal multichannel development activities as well as to all matrices, global initiatives and competence networks and work on the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda for CSC including internal and external service providers in the market.

You’ll be working at Icheon Customer Service Center (CSC) and report to the CSC Operations Manager. You will work with DC Planning, Marketplace Operations (MPO), Inbound, Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) Ops and Finance to identify and track issues, bugs, stuck orders and report out warehouse operation results and monitor the stage of product lifecycle.
