WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Distribution Planner who will lead the digital fulfillment of CSC. The candidate will play a key role in delivering a premium experience to our customers. The candidate will be part of the end-to-end order fulfillment process on the CSC side for our digital products, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. In addition, the candidate will work closely with Nuri Ops and NDDC CS team to ensure that consumer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will have a fast-paced and dynamic day-to-day experience. Your day will begin with reviewing and analyzing consumer digital order data and product flow/coverage from the logistics point of view to identify trends and issues, allowing you to proactively identify potential problems and opportunities to improve the customer experience. You will then work closely with the CSC operations team to ensure that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. You will also collaborate with the NDDC CS team to resolve any consumer inquiries or issues. Throughout the day, you will also manage KPIs, monitor the current status, and suggest a remediation plan.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CSC Operations, Nuri Operations, NDDC&O2O MPO, NDDC CS, NDDC SNKRS, and Tech to ensure customers’ and each stakeholder’s needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
