About the job
Core Responsibilities:
* Lead & support the strategic direction and execution for sport dimension and critical sport / commercial moments.
* Support the Sport Performance lead to develop the annual brand plan
* Lead & drive annual brand plan & deliverables, in partnership with the Creative and Platform teams to deliver an integrated 020 consumer journey, and seasonal chapters; coordinating with brand narrative teams to drive efficiency & alignment
* Drive a culture of mentorship across the team, fostering effective teamwork and individual development
* Act as a corporate leader and expert on the target consumer; informed by strong understanding of consumer insights, motivations & needs integrated and aligned consumer journeys
* Collaborate with insights team to drive integration, establish learning agendas, and identify new spaces & opportunities
* Partnership with merchandising teams to support product positioning, and drive strong and long term product marketing strategies
* Partner with the global brand team to provide a Geo POV on global brand strategies, fueled by local consumer and marketplace needs
* Support against seasonal CODE gates & deliverables, to drive seasonal readiness.
