WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Based in Seoul, South Korea the Director, People Solutions Consulting will be responsible for shaping the overall Nike teammate experience across the Asia Pacific region. We are looking for a passionate HR leader to lead a team of People Solutions Consultants who execute and deliver specialized services and key HR programs to teammates within key markets in the region. People Solutions Consulting sits at the intersection of geographical/regional and HR functional responsibilities to deliver exceptional services to teammates and managers. Some examples of services delivered through the People Solutions Consulting team include (but are not limited to) Career Coaching, Management Coaching, Talent Planning, Training Delivery, Org Health / Insights Consultation etc.
We are searching for a HR change agent who thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change in a fast-paced organization and has the ability to influence partners and stakeholders across HR and Business teams. This leader will also work closely across multiple cultural contexts and time-zones.
Finally, we're looking for someone who is passionate, curious and not afraid to challenge the status quo. Someone who is future and forward thinking and who adopts new ways of approaching problems.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will lead a team of People Solutions Consultants that steward the delivery of integrated HR solutions and run the offense on complex support needs in service of delivering a compelling employee experience. You will analyze market trends to harmonize site and regional priorities in alignment with overarching goals and global standards, maintain in-depth knowledge of country legal requirements related to management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with other functions within People Solutions, Business HR, COEs and Employment Law as needed.

Your role will be based out of Nike’s office in Seoul, South Korea and be a part of the Asia Pacific - Greater China People Solutions Regional structure and report to the Regional People Solutions leader based out of Singapore.
You will lead teams of People Solutions Consultants and work closely with local Business HR leaders based in country, centralized People Solutions Services and Core HR teams based in Singapore and COE and Global Process Owner partners and stakeholders across Nike
