We are always on the offense and are looking for a driven supply chain professional with a passion for supply chain excellence to be a part of Nike’s supply chain of the future.Global Apparel and Equipment Supply Planning is a part of Nike’s Demand and Supply Management (DSM) organization. DSM focuses on Forecasting, Inventory Planning and Supply Planning across our Nike direct and wholesale businesses. Our Supply Planning team works with our manufacturing base to plan capacity, utilization and supply flow out of our contract manufacturers. As our Global Supply Planning Lead for Responsive Supply Chains you will develop and lead global supply planning processes in support of our responsive and replenishment businesses. You will apply professional supply planning techniques to drive responsiveness and agility within the supply chain thereby enabling Nike to meet high service level targets with our customers while maintaining strong operational controls: high inventory productivity, maximized resource and capacity utilization, product cost savings, and high product quality standards. You understand the importance of supply and demand balancing and the effect it has on a company’s performance. You can creatively problem solve supply/demand imbalances in a way that surfaces root causes, resolves conflicts, updates plans and strategies, and optimizes business value. You will take a strategic view of the responsive supply chain and recommend appropriate action.Responsive Supply Chain Capability Building: Identify new capabilities that will support the future needs of the consumer thru responsiveness and agility within the supply chain. Lead projects to develop, deliver and implement these capabilities. Partner with global process leaders as a Responsive Supply Chain representative as they develop the broader supply chain planning capability roadmap.
Responsive Supply Chain Roadmap: You will contribute to the development and updating of a 3-5 year roadmap for Responsive Supply Chain. You incorporate internal requirements with industry trends and innovations. The roadmap will align with and support Nike future growth objectives. You will communicate and align the roadmap across the Nike matrix.
You are a supply chain leader who will develop strong network connections across a highly matrixed organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment developing partnerships with other functions in the supply chain, across other business functions throughout Nike, and with external suppliers. Influence and inspire the team. You are a Lean thinker and can develop a culture of continuous process innovation and improvement. 
Supply Planning Process Excellence: Lead the business through continuous process improvement projects in the Supply to Demand match space. You understand how to evaluate the quality of a supply plan, recognizing the trade-offs between cost, inventory, manufacturing efficiencies and growth plans. You understand how key constraints impact the supply plan. 
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or equivalent area of relevance
2 years' additional experience in lieu of a degree
5 plus years Planning or Opperations related experience (Production/Sourcing/Demand/Inventory/Supply/Supply Chain preferred)
Experience with Responsive and Replenishment supply chains preferred
2 years people and/or project management experience preferred
Solid understanding of end to end supply chain operations
Understanding of general manufacturing processes, timelines
Strong analytical skillset (Excel, Tableau, Cognos, …)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including diverse audiences and senior management
Flexible schedule to work with international partners
Travel - approximately 10-15% (US and Global)
