Descriptionlead information analysis initiatives and product management to clearly define the information and data structure necessary to support business operations and information technologies in Beaverton, OR. Will liaison between technology and business teams to define IT and product management project requirements, set migration and integration plans, and project specifications. Will gather functional requirements for existing and new systems and will perform complex analysis of existing systems, software, and IT infrastructure. Will conduct solution design for planned solutions and conduct solution design reviews with team members. Will perform technical analysis related to advanced data analytics, data mining, source-to-target data mapping, and process and system design. Will create context processes and computer system diagrams. Will work with internal stakeholders and constituents to oversee project requirements. Will guide the development of functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions with IT capabilities by designing and documenting advanced functional specifications. Will serve as a key liaison for translation of technical system functionality into business-relevant language. Will ensure that standards, processes, and policies are followed for projects. Will create and apply process standards to process and technology solutions. Will lead timelines for implementation and provide input into program management. Will be accountable for the communication of scope, status, risk, and issues to leadership. Will create reports and consult on best practice configuration of systems. Will design and recommend customized package solutions. Will oversee complex solution testing activities, including construction of test plans / scripts and validation of test results. Will communicate and document system changes to business groups. Will travel domestically and internationally less than ten percent. Will supervise one to five subordinates. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or engineering. Experience: Five years of overall progressive experience in the area of information analysis Skills/Requirements: 1 year experience (1) product lifecycle management in the retail, footwear, and apparel industry, (2) data modeling using tools including ERWIN Data Modeler, (3) independently leading information analysis and breaking down assignments into individual projects, including roadmaps, high level design options, resource management, and leading teams, (4) collaborating with cross- functional team members to assess, evaluate, and recommend solutions for information and system design, (5) system integration analysis, (6) Flex PLM, (7) PL / SQL, (8) test automation using QTP/ UFT, and (9) transformation and collaboration of data using tools including Oracle APEX and Informatica Power Center Designer.
