As part of the NDE product management team, the NDE Product Manager will be responsible for defining, driving, and enabling APIs that allow consumers access to our most coveted product and APIs that identify traffic generated by automated scripts attempting to cause harm or gain an unfair advantage in acquiring Nike most coveted products.Key responsibilities:•Define the strategy and roadmap for services and APIs•Evangelize and align the activity of the team with other Nike teams working on the same challenges•Create the detailed requirements needed for the team to implement the strategy and roadmap•Build business cases to thoroughly document needs and justification for efforts•Manage prioritization and trade-offs among various portfolio priorities, consumer experiences, business units, and technical objectives.•Work closely with software engineering teams, experience design, and program management to deliver products to market.•Manage backlogs and define stories. •Define KPIs and analyze metrics to inform the success of product•Be the champion of your product(s) and team.•Overcome any obstacle in your path and deliver.QualificationsQualifications:•2+ years of experience to Software Engineering, Network Engineering or Network Security•2+ years of product management experience overseeing the design, development and launch of successful consumer internet products•Experience with microservice and cloud architectures•Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, to back up assumptions and develop business cases.•Ability to mine data for trends in a variety of sources like: Splunk, SQL, Elasticache.•Willingness to roll up sleeves and "do whatever it takes" to help your team win.•High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously•Ability to execute methodically while also thinking strategically•Strong team-orientationDesired Qualifications:•Experience with e-Commerce a plus•Experience with API management a plus•Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning a plus•Experience with Content Delivery Networks (such as Akamai and CloudFront) a plus•BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Product Design, Business or a related field.
