DescriptionAs our Talent Acquisition Data Analyst within the Global Talent Acquisition Operations team, you’ll provide analysis and data solutions, ensuring our global recruiting partners have access to accurate information to support Talent Acquisition needs across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for supporting TA and HR initiatives through efficient and sustainable end-to-end reporting design. You’ll develop, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting processes, while being a direct partner for day-to-day data requests.We are looking for a team player who is energetic, solutions focused, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Who can quickly understand and reconcile gaps, overlaps, and contradictions within reports and reporting tools; assess reporting and data requirements from our partners and determine the best technology, appropriate output, format, and distribution methods. Qualifications1-3 years of data analysis experience required – HR or TA specific experience strongly preferred.
Experience with data visualization and blending tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP and Applicant Tracking Systems) and databases.
Understanding of relational databases required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to turn data into visualized, actionable analyses and metrics – make data tell a story.
Capable of making decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work.
Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
