DescriptionAs Senior Finance Analyst for Nike Digital, you will play a key role in helping realize our aggressive Nike Direct strategy. Digital is a key aspect of Nike’s Consumer Direct Offense chartered with doubling Nike’s innovation, speed to market and direct consumer connections. The division is responsible for delivering the technology to drive Nike’s digital commerce, retail brick and mortar solutions, and mobile app functionality to fuel Nike’s future growth. In this role you will assist in providing financial analysis and reporting of a portion of digital’s product investment portfolio. You will collaborate with cross-functional departments including Finance, Accounting, Program Management, HR, Strategy to manage and report on a complex portfolio of spend. Key functional stakeholders include Engineering, Product, Design business partners and leaders.Key components of the job include:Planning and Business Partnering:Assist in the financial storytelling of budgets, actuals and forecasts across the consolidated Nike Direct portfolio. 
Assist the development of annual budgets and monthly forecasts for assigned areas by partnering closely with Digital leadership, HR, & program and portfolio management teams.
Support analysis that aids in decision making and helps drive operational expense prioritization & optimization 
Assist in development of costs and benefits analysis of Globally driven digital technology investments as they intersect with Nike Geography business units.
Performance Management:Collaborate with Finance Managers in the monitoring and reporting of financial performance against budgets and forecasts within assigned portions of the Digital organization
Assist Finance Managers as they work with Geo teams to manage total Nike technical investment as well as assist Geo teams outside of Nike Digital understand geo-specific costs/benefits of Global technology initiatives
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Business related field with emphasis in finance, accounting or economics
3+ years of experience managing operating budget, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management showing increasing progression of responsibilities
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Strong Excel financial modeling capabilities 
Ability to influence senior executives
Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate across management levels and across functional teams
Proven ability to influence and deliver results in highly-matrixed, cross-functional working environment
Standout, positive attitude and enthusiasm to drive operational results
Knowledge of Nike’s financial reporting tools is preferred (SAP BPC, SAP CCA, BW BEX)
Experience with financial planning in technology organizations is a plus
