DescriptionSupport geography teams in making decisions that will drive performance and lead to the accomplishment of annual goals in Beaverton, OR. Will coordinate with a variety of internal teams, including a North America Leadership Team, Strategy Team, and Finance. Support the planning function and manage analysts embedded in both wholesale and in retail and digital spaces. Fuel growth across the marketplace by analyzing revenue, inventory and margin performance across the marketplace. Leverage reporting tools and ad hoc analysis to pull out relevant data, provide trending reporting, and evaluate metrics to help the teams drive business. Elevate the biggest opportunities that yield the highest returns. Collaborate with the advanced analytics and reporting and data enablement teams to drive speed to market decisions. Oversee analytics projects, including franchise management, analysis of marketplace trends, and the integration of data science driven forecasts into the planning process. Engage in financial, strategic planning and business analytics. Will engage in domestic travel five percent or less. Will oversee eight to ten subordinates. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Decision Sciences, or Computer Science. Will also accept a Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Decision Sciences, or Computer Sciences. Experience: 5 years of overall progressive experience in business analytics with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience in business analytics with a Master’s degree. Skills/Requirements: 3 years of experience: (1) managing internal employees or external contractors in the analytics field, (2) business reporting analysis, (3) managing large quantities of data to drive business insights to support market based decisions, (4) using business intelligence tools, (5) working with programming languages, such as SQL or SAS, (6) developing executive management level presentations, (7) using and interpreting data to influence business decisions, (8) engaging in project management, including the capacity to manage multiple projects with a variety of individual deliverables, and (9) coordinating and communicating with a variety of internal business groups with the ultimate goal of creating analytical work products.
