We are a growing team responsible for building a holistic view of Nike’s consumers through data and analytics, and applying those insights to inform the development & growth of Nike’s digital commerce services and experiences for our consumers. We are looking for a world-class expert in using data & analytics to understand the consumer journey and identify & optimize the impact of marketing, merchandizing, and user experience changes on Nike’s digital commerce touchpoints, including Nike.com, SNKRS app, and the Nike app. The ideal candidate will have a background in quantitative measurement and attribution methods, including experience analyzing consumer behavior within digital commerce experiences (ideally including mobile apps). Key responsibilities:· Collaborating with digital product management, site merchandizing, and digital marketing teams to use data & analytics to answer key questions about consumer engagement and purchasing behaviors · Designing end-to-end testing, research, and analytic plans to identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve consumer experience• Integrating qualitative & quantitative findings to define complete profile of digital consumer needs across multiple geographies & territories• Serving as the expert in consumer knowledge across the entire digital businessQualificationsEducation:· Degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, applied math, operations research, or behavioral sciences is preferred Experience:· 3-4 year’s experience executing quantitative analysis on digital apps, digital commerce, or digital marketing experiencesRequired Skills:· Experience using analytics to understand digital consumer behavior and identify opportunities to accelerate digital growth· Fluency in SQL (Hive, Impala) or similar experience in analyzing large structured and unstructured datasets· Experience with a statistical package is a plus (such as R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc.)· An understanding the current digital product landscape, particularly mobile web, iOS and Android apps & data sources is a plusDesire to manage a complex portfolio of work in a fast moving, dynamic team & business environment NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
