DescriptionAs Sr. Director of the End to End (E2E) Tools Team within the Merchandising Business Operations organization, you will lead the vision and execution for all tools used for product line and assortment planning for the Nike Brand. You will capture and generate requirements and obsess the user experience, enabling Design, Product and Merchandising teams to deliver Consumer Right Lines and Assortments across the Marketplace. You will work across both business and technology teams, at the Global and Geo levels, to create best in class tools delivering efficiency and speed.The primary accountability of your position will be to develop the Product Roadmap, set requirements and manage the implementation for all digital tools used for line and assortment planning. You will manage multiple teams that will be responsible for individual tools for specific processes and capabilities. You will also need to work cross-functionally to ensure the vision and roadmap are complimentary to capabilities being developed within our partner organizations. QualificationsBachelor's Degree plus 10+ years' relevant experience or MBA and 5+ years' experience
Experience with the BI and Line Planning applications
Strong analytical knowledge and understanding
Proven experience in project management
UX Design or Data Visualization experience preferred
Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others
Experience collaborating and managing relationships with business partners
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
Able to lead cross-functional work
Able to respond to and prioritize changing demands
