DescriptionAs our Finance Analyst for Global Operations (GOT) Finance, key responsibilities will include:Enable team success through actively and strategically analyzing and reporting on key business spend
Help to develop an overall framework/dashboard for reporting on Strategic Initiatives including progress tracking, KPIs, Risks and Opportunities
Provide innovative thinking and promote new ways of working to support processes and drive efficiencies (e.g. forecasting, scenario modeling, time optimization)
Develop and perform analysis that aids in the decision-making process, identifies trends, risks & opportunities in the portfolio, and creates action plans to mitigate risk and leverage opportunities
Actively interpreting and reviewing financial results with cross-functional finance teams to drive actionable responses and alignment
Support investment roadmap management and corresponding deliverables
Collaborating across teams to deliver and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual Corporate deliverables
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a closely related field
2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, and/or budgeting/forecasting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and build financial models
Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational consumer products company is a plus
Proven experience in effectively working with various stakeholders and leaders
Ability to work independently and proactively to achieve results
Strong cross team collaboration
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience using SAP or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is a plus
Ability to pass a 7 year background check
