At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.As a member of Nike’s Marketplace Operations Strategy & Capabilities team, you will work alongside experienced operations, sales and technology professionals passionate about driving innovation in Nike’s global supply chain strategy and operationsThe Director of Product Management for Order Readiness at Nike is a strategic role responsible for leading the development, prioritization and building of key capabilities to enable sustainable and profitable growth for Nike. In partnership with global and geography stakeholders across the Nike matrix, this role is accountable for building and transitioning operational solutions that provide long term benefits in line with Nike’s Consumer Direct Offense. Specifically, this role will drive Touchless Order Readiness capability development and process improvements globally to increase productivity. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead the Product Management team to deliver new and innovative business processes and tools to drive and maintain order execution capability across all geographies to deliver new capabilities, automate manual processes, and improve productivity.
Deliver automated order readiness processes leveraging policy guardrails
Manage and communicate project timelines and deliverables across global and geo partners
Gather requirements and create and communicate user stories to tech and business partners
In collaboration with Product Owners, communicate and synthesize business needs across geo and cross-functional partners
Coordinate global release management process for enterprise technology solutions on behalf of order execution
Connect subject matter experts, share insights and best practices around the world. 
Develop the x-functional and x-geo relationships required to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution.
Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development.
Collaborate with functional and technical partners to develop realistic implementation/project plans.
QualificationsStrong quantitative (i.e. statistics, optimization, simulation), data visualization and communication skills
Deep process and operational experience, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Retail, Project Management, and Process Improvement with progressive responsibility
Project Management experience, including Agile methodologies
General SAP system knowledge, adept with systems and technology
SAFe Agile or Scrum experience desirable
Strong financial acumen
Ability to communicate complex concepts simply, verbally and in writing. Ability to create high quality project reports and simple, succinct, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and team well with project manager(s) and a diverse geographically diffuse set of “virtual” team members and stakeholders 
Ability to effectively respond to questions from leadership team, clients, and colleagues; influence decision making; and implement project deliverables
Proven track record of high-quality delivery results on time and within budget
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
Lean/Six Sigma experience desirable
Passionate about problem solving
Change agent/change management skillset
Demonstrated ability to learn new advanced analytics toolsets quickly and independently
Bachelor's Degree required; Masters/MBA preferred
