DescriptionPerforming technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source-to-target mapping in Beaverton, OR. Will create and maintain complex content process and system diagrams in support of a data and analytics team. Will work closely with regional business contacts to gather and document tactical requirements. Will coordinate and communicate functional requirements of business units and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced functional specifications. Will configure packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements, create reports, and consult on best practice configuration of systems. Will oversee and perform complex testing activities including construction of test plans and scripts including the expected results and the validation of test results. Will work with systems personnel to implement designs, communicate project status to business management, and develop project plans and timelines. Will provide input to project managers on risk management, and provide support at the department and end-user levels. Will apply global process standards to regional technology solutions and conform to policies. Will communicate and document system changes, communicate project status to management and the business, and translate system functionality into business relevant language. Will lead a team of analysts and engineers to develop business intelligence solutions. Will manage ten business systems analysts and engineers. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, supply chain management, information systems, or electronic engineering Experience: 7 years of overall progressive experience in business systems analysis and quality assurance Skills/Requirements: 2 years of experience: (: (1) engineering, (2) leading a team of 5 to 10 people, (3) designing application solutions after analyzing business requirements, (4) Teradata, (5) using SQL as a language, (6) translating business requirements into technical solutions, (7) Agile, and (8) Waterfall.
