DescriptionAs a Strategic Planning Manager in Global Nike Direct, you will be a part of the team based at Nike's World Headquarters responsible for developing and executing Nike Direct's long-term growth strategy. You’ll support Nike Direct leaders around the globe who manage Nike's digital commerce and stores businesses – wrangling complex business issues; delivering insightful consumer, competitive, and market analyses; and developing strategic plans that galvanize our teams. You'll manage the strategic business planning process for Global Nike Direct, authoring 1 to 3+ year strategic and business plans, reporting on weekly / monthly / quarterly results, organizing and managing key strategic meetings, and working with other teams to drive the Nike Direct strategic agenda. You'll also develop high-impact presentations and communication tools to share strategic plans and visions across the organization, and develop overall long-term business and financial models. In addition, you’ll work on cross-functional project teams to evaluate and analyze critical strategic priorities and/or strategic problems, and catalyze action against these priorities.QualificationsBachelor's degree
MBA or advanced degree is preferred
4-5 years of total experience in management consulting, strategic planning, business development, investment banking, private equity or related fields
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide project management support
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial models
Superior writing, communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors
