DescriptionAs a Project Manager on the Connected Product Team, you will be part of a high performing team delivering new capabilities and value to the enterprise. This role is critical to the execution of Nike’s strategy of delivering the right product, at the right place at the right time. The team’s work sits at the interaction of Nike, connecting across digital, product, operations and innovation in the creation of connected product platforms. Within your role, you will bring your project management experience to establish and implement best in class project management practices, standards, tools, and processes, enabling delivery of solutions that drive the highest value for Nike. In addition, you'll get to work alongside truly talented teams and help them enhance their performance by promoting collaboration and innovation.Responsibilities:•Partner with Program Directors and Connected Product Team to develop, implement and execute the program management framework for the Connected Product programs.•Support the definition of program scope, goals and deliverables•Support the breakdown of program tasks and resource requirements•Develop full scale project plans and the governance model, including integration of 3rd party work-plans and dependencies.•Establish strong working relationships with program managers from the core supporting capabilities, and ensure all work is smoothly coordinated.•Constantly and consistently track project deliverables using appropriate tools and best practices. •Present updates on project progress, problems and solutions regularly.•Drive risk management and change management activities.•Project evaluations and assessment of resultsQualifications•A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or Supply Chain.•At least five years of professional experience within Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field; with two years of additional experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree. •At least two years of program management and/or project management experience. Project management certification preferred (PMP and/or PgMP).•Experience with Agile delivery method; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience preferred.•Ability to set the foundation for a complex, multi-phased global program that encompasses 12+ core capabilities.•Deep experience with core project management practices: scope, schedule, risk, comms and performance management.•Process oriented, with experience successfully implementing complex projects in a large organization.•Nike Matrix knowledge / supply chain or DTC experience are bonuses•Ability to shift direction as needed, flexibility and work with limited direction.•Polished in conveying key project management info via keynote / powerpoint for cross-functional teammates, and executive audiences.•High-energy and self-motivated.
