DescriptionAs the Director of Process Excellence, you will be the functional leader focused on continuous improvement while partnering with Engineering and Production Teams on new product development projects and process improvements throughout the manufacturing business. You will lead cross-functional and strategic initiatives to improve operational execution and elevate business capabilities. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience; Graduate degree preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment is required 
Deep understanding of Lean/Industrial Engineering techniques and best practices
Experience using Simulation software (Preferred Visual Components and Simul8)
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams, including direct and virtual team management experience; Builder of highly engaged and energized teams
Highly collaborative with strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among those with diverse experiences
Confident in high-profile communications, including presentation skills and the ability to explain complex subject matter in clear and compelling ways
Curious, proactive, and experience delivering innovative ideas to solve problems
Hands on experience applying business and management expertise to achieve operational objectives across functions and departments
Proven track record of making good decisions, balancing operational KPI’s and strategic business plans
Proven senior executive credibility
Good understanding of technical training programs preferred
Strong skills in team leadership and building positive business partner relationships
Strong networking skills and ability to work across multiple organizations to accomplish diverse goals
Demonstrated ability to influence critical business outcomes in a matrix based, global environment
Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
