We execute all aspects of the customer financial relationship through scalable worldwide operations. We’re seeking world-class talent with deep finance, commercial and analytical acumen to help build our blueprint for the future, and influencers and collaborators who can champion and embrace change as we evolve.As the Reporting & Analytics Director, you will collaborate with Commercial and Finance leaders to define priorities and capability needs. You will manage worldwide resources dedicated to creative solutions to identify insights across the broad spectrum of our offense with customers. You will champion innovative delivery methods of these insights across functions, being relentless in your search for new ways to empower finance and commercial teammates through seamless access to information.The ideal candidate can demonstrate:• Strong strategic thinking with proven experience building new capabilities and teams• Passion for data analytics and deep understanding of industry trends• Proven ability to foster collaboration across a large organization, inspire confidence, and motivate groups to collectively meet common objectives• Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts in an easily understandable way• Commitment to developing and managing a high performing teamQualifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Systems is required• MBA or advanced degree is preferred• Minimum of 12+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Finance Planning, Business Intelligence or related fields• Must be willing to travel NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
