Your Role on the TeamAs the servant leader of the runtime team you will be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. The successful candidate will: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS•Lead an Runtime team foundational solutions the enterprise platform (EP) team to enable solutions in Data & Analytics, Application, Integration, Innovation or another strategic initiatives.•Works closely with EP leadership to develop EP vision, strategy and execution plans that are aligned with business outcomes•Partners with Enterprise Architecture and Platform (EAP) Product Owners to develop a platform roadmaps•Ensures team is leveraging Nike’s Technology delivery methodology to develop EP products•Stays current with industry trends and leads development of key innovation platforms•Develops and manages team metrics•Partners with Reference Architecture to ensure architectural consistency across all platforms•Work in concert with Security and operational teams to ensure uptime and availability.•Guides teams in efforts to migrate to modern DevOps and SRE practices leveraging infrastructure as code, image continuous delivery pipelines and other industry standard best practices. •Accountable for growing & developing EP team by attracting top industry talentQualificationsWhat we're looking for:•A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience. •10+ years’ experience leading and managing teams within technology platforms areas•7+ years hands on experience in delivering technology solutions/products•Proven track record in brining innovation to large enterprises•Extensive background in working with business and technology partners to develop platform roadmaps•Proven track record of being results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals.•Proven presentation and facilitation skills.•Must excel working in team-oriented roles that rely on ability to collaborate with others.•Excellent written and oral communications skills•Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments•Experience working in a highly matrixed organization•Demonstration of strong influencing skills•Knowledge of agile methodology.
